If you want to rent a bike, you can fill out the booking form on our website. You will need to create an account. Once you have done that, you will receive a provisional booking email with pricing.

Come in the evening before or the morning of your rental, we will set up the bike for you and take care of payment at pick up.

Please bring your I.D. (Drivers license, Passport, I.D. card.) We only make a copy of this, after which you get it back. We also ask to hold a copy of a credit card as a deposit. Last thing you need is a credit card (Mastercard/Visa/Discover/American Express) to pay the rental fee.

Your rental starts at 10am on the date of booking and will end at 2pm for a half day or 5 pm for a full day. For multiple day rentals it will start at 10am the first date of your booking and will end at 5pm the last day of your rental. This means we don’t offer 24 hour rentals.

If you rent the bike for one day, that would mean you could pick up the bike at 10am and would have to return it before 5pm on the same day.

You may pick up your rental the night before between 5pm and 6pm. Sometimes people are late returning, if your bike is out and awaiting return you may have to wait to receive the bike.

We offer Flats and Shimano SPD mountain pedals. If you would like something different we ask that you bring your own pedals and shoes and we will happily install them for you!

We can provide a spare tube, tire levers, a pump or c02 with your rental if needed just let us know in the notes. Most bikes will come with a water bottle cage unless the frame is unable to accommodate it.  

Feel free to bring your own helmet if you prefer but we can provide you with a helmet if needed.  

We have energy gels and nutrition available for sale in the shop. We also can fill water with our reverse osmosis water dispenser as well.  

Yes, please bring any shoes/clothing you would like for your ride. We have many great brands for clothing and shoes in stock for sale here at the shop that we can assist you with as well!
