RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 90-day return window on almost everything we sell. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact. Specifically:
- Bikes, Frames & Shocks β unassembled and unridden; Forks and Shocks must not have been installed
- Components, Wheels & Tires β uninstalled, unmounted, and unused; Tires must show no signs of wear
- Apparel & Accessories β unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
WHAT CAN'T BE RETURNED
- Gift cards
- Custom builds, personalized items, and special-order components
- Opened nutrition, supplements, or hygiene products (chamois cream, undergarments, etc.)
RETURN SHIPPING

Damaged, defective, or wrong item β Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll cover standard ground return shipping. For bikes and oversized items, reach out and we'll arrange collection.

Change of mind or sizing β Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

International returns β All return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Please contact us before shipping anything back β international returns can be costly and we'll do our best to find a better solution first.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. Items are the customer's responsibility until received by us.
A NOTE ON PACKAGING
- Do not attach shipping labels directly to the product packaging. Place items in their original packaging inside a separate shipping box or bag, then label the outside.
- Returns received with labels applied directly to product packaging, or that arrive damaged, will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee.
EXCHANGES
- We don't recommend requesting exchanges β our inventory moves fast and items can sell out before your return is received for processing. Instead, place a new order for the correct item and return the unwanted one for a refund.
- Refunds are processed within 2β3 days of receiving your return, so you won't be waiting long.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Contact us via our returns form with your CBO Order Reference and the email address used to place the order β we'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to mark on the outside of your package
