Camelbak dropped the ball
"Ive used numerous camelbaks for the last 15 years and this one is the worst especially filling the reservoir. You can barely get the lid open due to how close the camelbak shell is around it and it pushes against the lid. Then when you try to fill it the pads in the back of the camelbak are so stiff and curved that you cant keep the reservoir open to get ice in and water. I have to crush the camelbak from the sides inwards to get it to open up. Camelbak should have given a little more room around the reservoir lid area and the pads should be made of a less stiffer material. This is almost like an actual spine protector material in my street bike jackets. It also doesn't allow it to feel as comfortable while on you as well. Pockets are an upgrade to my old logo with a little more storage. The magnetic drink tube holder should have an optional holder on the straps themselves like the old logo. I had to cut the tube so I didn't have an extra 6 inches just flapping in the wind."
