"A new bearing needs to be smooth and useable right out of the package. This one arrived very rough and actually catches as I try to turn it by hand. Cambria said to warranty through Cane Creek. Cane Creek said otherwise and that Cambria should handle the matter. I am stuck in the middle. This kind of customer relations is decades old so have washed my hands of Cambria and Cane Creek. Moving on..."
